BY CAR

We are in the village of Coaltown of Wemyss, our postcode is KY1 4NX.

Coaltown of Wemyss is signed from the A915 between Kirkcaldy and Leven. Our green wooden gate opens onto the main road running through the village (A955) and is directly opposite the Bowling Green and bus stop. We have a car park entered by the Wemyss Castle drive (a few yards to the right of our gate). Drive through the drive entrance then turn left immediately after the double cottage on your left, keep turning left and you will be in our car park.

We are about an hour from Edinburgh and 40 minutes from St Andrews.

BY BUS

Coaltown of Wemyss is well served by busses, being on the direct route between Edinburgh and St Andrews (X58 and X60). The stop from the Edinbugh/Kirkcaldy direction is opposite our gate. Coming from Leven/St. Andrews direction the bus stop is about 40 yards before our gate.

BY TRAIN

We are about 15 minutes drive from Kirkcaldy and its frequent services from Edinburgh. There are taxis available at the station.

Spring has sprung ! Wemyss has a lovely collection of little flower kits: top left Clematis, top right Daisy, bottom left Crocus, bottom right Pansy and Tulips in the top. Individually they cost £28.50. They measure about 8" square (20cms)
