The Jacobite Rose design is worked on 18 count canvas with silks and gold threads. The background is based on the Prince Charles Edward Stuart dress tartan; however, Jonathan will explain how to chart your own family's tartan should you wish to stitch that instead.

This 2-day class will be hosted at the school on the 15th and 29th of March, from 10am until 4pm each day. The class costs £160, which includes all materials and a frame, as well as teas and coffees. Please bring your own lunch, and remember to bring your glasses and scissors! Lowery stands, magnifiers and lights will be available to use on the day.
